Delivery Information

All of our products are sent First Class.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed Monday to Friday before 1pm the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be sent the next working day and orders placed Saturday/Sunday will be sent the following Monday. We accept no liability for goods delayed through external factors such as Royal Mail industrial action. If you have not received your goods within 5 working days then please contact us!

Our charges are based on weight and most of our products carry a small P&P charge of just ﾣ1.99. Orders weighing over 500g carry a P&P charge of ﾣ2.99. P&P is calculated and clearly stated at checkout.

A small number of our products, those made by Aircast and DonJoy such as the A60 Brace and Cryo/Cuff Cooler, are despatched directly from the manufacturers and their retail price is already inclusive of signed for P&P so no additional postage will be charged or displayed at checkout.
